We already have bikes, why would we choose memberships with Donkey?
It is true you can use Donkey bikes as your bike to complete the journey from home to the office. However, there are many more possibilities than that. How about it being a last-mile or first-mile solution for people commuting by train or metro? Additionally, one can always choose to drop-off a bike when one wants to, offering flexibility and freedom hard to obtain with your own bicycle.
How can we be sure that bikes are available at the location where the employees want to pick them up?
There is never a 100% guarantee that there will always be bikes available. However, when a company chooses to buy memberships there’s also the option of opening a private hub where bikes are only available to the employees of that company. In practice, we see that when the bikes are used intensively the usage generates availability by itself.
Can we test the system/bikes first?
Of course, options of using trial codes are up for discussion.
